I read that FIFA is banning soccer matches above 2500 meters. This precludes our future home country from winning on their home turf. Thoughts from those who know more than I?

While I haven’t read the news myself and I’d love to believe that FIFA had the best interests of the sport – particularly the players – in mind, I’m far to cynical to do that. This is likely about money and power… as are so many decisions.
